Enclosed please find the agenda for the February 9, 1996 meeting of the Bank
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee, the model Trust Fund/SERV Legal Agreement
and the draft Trust Networking Agreement.
The Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting will be held at the
Belleview Mido Resort Hotel which is located at 25 Belleview Boulevard in Clearwater,
Florida. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m., lunch will be provided and the meeting is
expected to continue until approximately 2:00 p.m.
We have arranged a tour of the Franklin/Templeton facility in Saint Petersburg,
Florida at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 1996. Interested Committee members
should meet at the entrance to the hotel lobby at 2:00 p.m. for transportation to
Franklin/Templeton which is located at 700 Central Avenue. For the Committee that
evening, there will be a reception at 7:00 p.m. in Magnolias and dinner at 7:30 p.m. at
Madame Mas, both located right in the hotel.
You are welcome to dress in casual attire for the dinner and the meeting, but
please wear business attire for the tour of Franklin/Templeton. We look forward to
seeing you on February 8 and 9 in Florida.
