A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, February
14, 1996 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington,
D.C. This meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th
floor, and lunch will be served following the meeting.
