RE: NOTICE OF MEETINGS - TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 1996

The Tax and Pension Committee meetings have been scheduled for Tuesday, February
6, 1996. The Tax Committee will meet at 10:00 a.m. and the Pension Committee will meet at
1:30 p.m. The meetings will be held at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
12th Floor, Washington, D.C. A joint luncheon will be served immediately following the Tax
Committee meeting. Committee members are invited to attend both meetings that day.
Please remember that space at the meeting is limited to members of the committees, or
their alternates. To assist us in obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
on the attached form if you or an alternate plan to attend the meetings and luncheon.
Please mark your calendar for the Tax and Pension Committee meetings scheduled for
June 11, 1996 at the Investment Company Institute.
