RE: FEBRUARY 9, 1996 MEETING NOTICE

The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor
Advisory Group will take place on Friday, February 9, 1996 at the Belleview Mido Resort Hotel
which is located at 25 Belleview Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida. The meeting will begin at
8:30 a.m., lunch will be provided and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately
3:00 p.m.
In addition, we have arranged a tour of the Franklin/Templeton facility in Saint
Petersburg, Florida at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 1996. Interested Committee members
should meet in the hotel lobby at 2:00 p.m.
We are also planning a dinner for the Committee for the evening of February 8, 1996.
Details will be forthcoming.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Belleview
Mido Resort Hotel for Thursday, February 8, 1996 at a rate of $130.00 per night single/double
occupancy. We have also reserved some rooms for Friday, February 9 and Saturday, February
10. To make room reservations, please call the hotel at 813/442-6171 and request a room in the
Investment Company Institute block. Room reservations must be made by January 18, 1996.
Please confirm your attendance at the meeting, tour and dinner by completing the
attached Meeting Response Form (whether or not you plan to attend) and returning it to Agnes

Please remember, attendance is limited to Committee members or their designated
substitutes only. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance by the Committee
Chairman and the ICI.
We want to get your input for the February 9th meeting agenda! If there are items you
would like to see on the agenda, please complete the Agenda Items section of the Meeting
Response Form.
The Belleview Mido Resort Hotel has golf, tennis, fishing and spa facilities available to
its guests. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange tee times and other leisure activities.
