Attached is a draft agenda for the Closed-End Fund Committee meeting scheduled for Friday,
October 27, 1995 at the Investment Company Institute at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the
David Silver Conference Room and lunch will be served following the meeting.
Please note that, unlike agendas for past Committee meetings, only matters to be discussed (and
not "information items") are included on the agenda. You also will be provided with an index to all
memoranda that have been sent to the Committee since the last meeting in April.
