RE: NASAA FALL CONFERENCE - UPDATE ON EVENTS IN VANCOUVER

The Institute would like to invite you to two events it has scheduled in connection with
the NASAA Fall Conference in Vancouver. The first is a reception on Saturday, October 21
from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Wall Centre Garden Hotel, Penthouse Suite 3501. Please contact
Cathy Quarles at the Institute (202/326-5818) if you plan to attend. We invite you to pass along
this information to others from your firm who will be attending the Fall Conference.
The second event planned by the Institute is a briefing to discuss issues of concern to the
industry that will undoubtedly be topics of discussion during NASAA’s open committee
meetings, as well as the subject of informal discussions during the course of the conference.
This meeting is for Institute members only, and will be held in the Aspen Room at the Four
Seasons Hotel on Sunday, October 22, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
The attached map may be helpful. Note that the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the conference
headquarters, is location number 22; the Wall Centre Garden Hotel, where the Institute’s
reception will be held on October 21 is location number 43; and, the Four Seasons Hotel, where
our briefing will take place on Sunday, October 22, is location number 16.
