RE: SUMMARY OF 8/10-8/11 MEETING IN DENVER CO.

Attached you will find a summary of the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee meeting
which took place 8/10/95 - 8/11/95 in Denver, CO. The next meeting of the Broker Dealer
Advisory Committee will take place Monday, November 27, 1995 at the San Francisco Marriott
in San Francisco, CA. This meeting will precede the ICIs annual Operations Conference and
Vendor Exhibition, which will also take place at the San Francisco Marriott, Tuesday,
November 28 thru Friday, December 1, 1995. You will find a program and registration
materials for the conference enclosed.
The November meeting will include a morning business session, lunch, and an
afternoon open session where non-members will have the opportunity to address questions,
issues and suggestions to the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee. The traditional dinner will
take place the night of Monday, November 27. Details on the arrangements will be
forthcoming shortly, however, you may feel free to use the information contained in the
program to make reservations at the San Francisco Marriott.
Also, please note: the quarterly Enhancements Committee meeting will be decoupled
from the full Broker Dealer session. The Enhancement Committee meeting will take place
Wednesday, November 15, 1995 at the offices of the ICI, 1401 H Street NW, Washington, DC
2005.
