Attached is a draft agenda for the June 6th SEC Rules Committee Meeting. The meeting will be
held at the InstituteGs offices at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
As we indicated in a memorandum recently sent to you, we intend to devote a considerable time
at the meeting discussing the InstituteGs draft proposals to improve investment company regulation.1
