RE: AUGUST MEETING IN DENVER, CO.

Attached you will find a memo from Oppenheimer Shareholder Services citing the details of the
Broker Dealer Advisory Committee meeting to be held in Denver CO. on August 9th & 10th 1995. As
noted in the Oppenheimer memo, the meeting will take place at the Inverness Hotel and Golf Club,
where accommodations can be reserved by telephoning 800/346-4891 and referencing
Oppenheimer/ICI. The attached Oppenheimer memo also contains details on dinner, dress, and travel
to and from the airport.
As far as an itinerary is concerned, the following is a preliminary outline:
Thursday, 8/10/95
8:30 AM thru 1:00 PM Enhancements Committee Meeting
1:00 PM thru 2:00 PM Lunch
2:00 PM thru 6:00 PM Full Broker Dealer Meeting
Friday, 8/11/95
8:30 AM thru 12:30 PM Full Broker Dealer Meeting
We would further ask that you please note the following. Attendance has been growing at ICI
Broker Dealer Advisory Committee meetings as well as at other ICI Committee meetings. This has been
due, generally, to committee members inviting additional personnel from their company to attend such
meetings. As result, we must ask that everyone please observe the one delegate per company rule.
Obviously there will be exceptions, such as when a subordinate or associate at your company is engaged
in sub-committee work. However, as an ongoing matter, we would ask that attendance at Committee
meetings be limited to one representative per committee.
Finally, please indicate your intentions regarding attending the meeting by filling out the attached
form attached and faxing it back to the Agnes Thomas at 202/326-5853. As usual, a preliminary agenda
will be circulated prior to the meeting. If you have any questions regarding the meeting in Denver,
please do not hesitate to contact me at 202/326-5848.
