RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - JUNE 6, 1995

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6,
1995 at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. in the David Silver
Conference Room. A luncheon will be held immediately following the meeting.
Please note that the June 6th meeting will follow a new format. Rather than Institute staff
spending a substantial portion of the meeting reporting on regulatory developments since the last
meeting, the Committee will focus on a limited number of current issues that are significant to the
industry or that may require substantial consideration and action. Please indicate in the space provided
below whether you plan to attend the meeting and any items that you would like to discuss at the
meeting. A copy of the agenda will be circulated before the meeting. Please note that, due to space
limitations, the meeting is open to Committee members or a designated alternate only.
For your convenience, attached is a list of hotels near the InstituteGs offices. We look forward to
seeing you on June 6th.
