RE: INSTITUTE LETTER TO SEC ON MARKET ACCESS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA

The Institute sent the attached letter to Chairman Levitt urging him, in his trip this week to
Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, to convey to his counterparts abroad the strong interest the
U.S. management industry has in obtaining increased market access and elimination of foreign
investment restrictions in those countries.
