Attached is the agenda and the list of expected attendees for the Transfer Agent Advisory
Committee meeting to be held on April 28, 1995. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the Investment
Company Institute in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor. Lunch will be served and
