March 7, 1995 TO: BANK BROKER/DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 8-95 RE: JANUARY 10, 1995 MEETING SUMMARY & NOTICE OF APRIL 21, 1995 AND JUNE 27, 1995 MEETINGS ______________________________________________________________________________ Enclosed is a summary of the January 10, 1995 meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor Advisory Group with several attachments, and the current Committee list. The next two meetings of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Group will take place on April 21, 1995 in Los Angeles, California and June 27, 1995 in Kansas City, Missouri. For the April 21, 1995 meeting, we have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles for the night of Tuesday, April 20 at a rate of $115.00 single/double. To make room reservations, please call the hotel at 213/683-1234 and request a room in the Investment Company Institute block. Room reservations must be made by March 30. Dinner arrangements will be made for the Committee for the evening of April 20 and specific details will be forthcoming. To make room reservations, please call the hotel at 816/421-6800 and request a room in the Investment Company Institute block. Room reservations must be made by June 2. As you know, we are planning an outing to see the Kansas City Royals play on June 26, 1995. To date we have only received responses from 21 members of the Committee regarding interest in attending the game. No doubt the baseball strike is the cause of such a poor response rate, however we need to finalize our plans so, if you have not already done so, please send the attached Royals Game Response Form, whether or not you plan to attend, to Agnes Thomas no later than March 17.
