Please find enclosed the preliminary agenda and attendee list for the Broker/
Dealer Advisory Committee to be held Wednesday, February 1st, and Thursday,
February 2nd, 1995 at the offices of Merrill Lynch, 4800 Deer Lake Drive East,
Jackson ville, FL 32246. As a reminder, the schedule for those two days is as
follows:

8:00 AM - 12:30 PM ICI/NSCC Enhancements Committee Meeting
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM Lunch
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Full Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting
Thursday, 2/2/95
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting
Dress is business casual for the meetings and for the dinner on Wednesday
night, February 1, which will be at the First Street Grill. Reservations are for
7:30pm and transportation will be provided.
