This is to remind you that the Institute has requested by January 27, 1995 submissions of
information for a proposed new guide on selling investment company shares abroad. Attached
is a copy of the memorandum we previously sent to you describing the proposed guide and
asking International Committee members to share information with us that would help us
prepare the initial version of the guide.
