A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 14,
1995 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room, and lunch will be
served following the meeting.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott at Metro
Center, 775 12th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. When you phone for reservations please be
sure to mention that you are attending the Investment Company Institute’s meeting. Please
make your hotel reservations by January 25, 1995. The telephone number of the hotel is
