RE: MEETING 11/17 & 11/18 IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL

Enclosed please find a copy of the preliminary agenda for our
upcoming meeting, co-sponsored by Raymond James & Associates and
Franklin Templeton, which will take place at the Tradewinds Resort
in St. Petersburg, Florida on Thursday, November 17 and Friday,
November 18. To reiterate the schedule on these two days, the
Enhancements Review Committee meeting will commence at 8:00 AM on
the 17th, and will adjourn at noon. Lunch will then be served
starting at 12:30 PM, and at 2:00 PM, the full Broker/Dealer
meeting will begin. The meeting will adjourn that evening at 5:30
so that participants can prepare for dinner at Tio Pepe's in
Clearwater. A bus has been arranged to pick us up at the hotel
that evening at 6:30 PM, with dinner reservations at 7:15 PM. The
next morning begins with continental breakfast at 7:30 AM, followed
by the reconvening of the full Broker Dealer Committee at 8:00 AM.
This meeting is then expected to adjourn by 12:00 Noon at the
latest.
Dress for both the Enhancements Review meeting and the full
Broker/Dealer meeting will be business casual. Please feel free to
