The Institute's next Board of Governors meeting will be held January 30 -
February 1, 1995 at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel in Hawaii.
The program will begin with a reception and dinner on Monday evening,
January 30. The Board will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Another
reception and dinner is scheduled for Tuesday evening. Golf and tennis
tournaments will be offered on Monday afternoon. A more detailed schedule of
events will be sent to you several weeks prior to the meeting.
This new resort is extremely popular and, therefore, we are asking you to
complete your room requests early to help ensure the best accommodations.
Please remember that it is considerably easier to cancel extra nights, but may be
impossible to add nights at a later date. Please note that cancellations must be
made 30 days in advance.
The Institute has arranged for special discounted airfares. In order to secure
these discounts, your travel agent should arrange your travel through the following

Kona Airport on the island of Hawaii is the most convenient and direct service from
Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ground transportation can be handled by the hotel
through ICI. The cost is $22 per person or you may rent a car (Budget Rent a Car
discount - call 1-808-537-3600 and refer to Code: PMSBG). When you complete
your actual flight information, you can let us know about your ground transportation.

The Institute will handle all room accommodations. The following types of
accommodations are available for the length of your stay:

Deluxe Ocean View $330 Single/Double
Ocean Front $340 Single/Double

and sending it to Clare Glynn, Conference Director at the Institute, as soon as
possible.
