RE: CHANGE OF COMMITTEE MEETING DATE TO NOVEMBER 1,1994

Due to a scheduling conflict, it has become necessary to
change the date and time of the next Closed-End Fund Committee
meeting. The meeting has been changed from Friday, October 28 at
1:30 p.m. to Tuesday, November 1, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. It will be
held at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room
on the 12th Floor. Even if you have already responded to the first
meeting notice, please respond also to this notice to let us know
whether you or an alternate will be able to attend the meeting.
We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing
you on November 1.
