A meeting of the Closed-End Fund Committee has been
scheduled for Friday, October 28, 1994 at the offices of the
Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington,
D.C. The meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the David Silver
Conference Room. A joint luncheon with the Unit Investment Trust
Committee will be held at noon.
