A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 1994 at the Investment Company
Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington D.C. in the David
Silver Conference Room.
A luncheon will be held immediately following the meeting.
There is limited hotel space available at the J.W. Marriott,
1331 Pennsylvania Ave, N.W. Washington, D.C., please make your
own hotel reservations as soon as possible. The telephone number

Please indicate in the space provided below whether you plan
