RE: SEPTEMBER 13, 1994 MEETING AGENDA

Enclosed please find the agenda for the September 13, 1994
meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor
Advisory Group which will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel located
at One Logan Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The meeting
will begin with continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., lunch will be
provided and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 3:30 p.m.
The tours of BHC Securities and the Philadelphia Stock
Exchange on September 12, 1994 will begin at 2:30 pm. Interested
committee members should meet promptly in the hotel lobby.
On the evening of September 12, committee members attending
dinner should meet in front of the hotel at 6:00 p.m. We will take
cabs to Dave & Buster's which is located at Pier 19 North, 325 N.
Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia. Dress for dinner is casual.
We look forward to seeing you on September 12 and 13 in
Philadelphia.
