Rea to be Vice President and Chief Economist __________________________________________________________ I am pleased to announce the appointment of John D. Rea to be Vice President and Chief Economist of the Institute. Dr. Rea joins the Institute from the staff of the Federal Reserve Board in Washington where for the last five years he was Chief of the Capital Markets Section of the Division of Research and Statistics. Previously Dr. Rea had been Professor and Chairman, Department of Economics at Oklahoma State University. He received a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Missouri. Dr. Rea is married and has three children. Matthew P.
