SUMMARY

The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee
will take place on September 13, 1994 in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. There will be tours of the Philadelphia Stock
Exchange and BHC Securities for interested committee members on the
afternoon of September 12, 1994 and a dinner for the committee that
evening. Specific details on the tours, the meeting and the dinner
will be provided later.
Enclosed is the summary of the June 15, 1994 meeting of the
Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor Advisory Group
with several attachments, and the current committee list.
