RE: SUMMARY OF BDAC MEETING JUNE 8 - 9, 1994

Attached please find a summary of the Broker Dealer Advisory
Committee Meeting that took place June 8th and 9th, 1994 in New
York City. The next meeting of the Broker Dealer Advisory
Committee will take place the afternoon of Thursday, September 22nd
and the morning of Friday, September 23rd, 1994. This meeting will
be preceded by a meeting of the ICI/NSCC Enhancements Review
Committee the morning of Thursday, September 22nd, 1994.
The full schedule for the upcoming meetings is as follows:
ICI/NSCC Enhancements Committee:
Convenes 8:00 AM Thursday 9/22/94.
Adjourns 1:00 PM that same day.
Broker Dealer Advisory Committee:
Convenes 2:00 PM Thursday 9/22/94.
Breaks at 6:00 PM for dinner.
Reconvenes next morning, Friday, 9/23/94, at 8:00 AM.
Adjourns 12:00 Noon.
Due to a scheduling conflict, the Enhancements Committee
meeting and the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting will not,
as previously announced, be held at the ICI's offices. Instead,
both meetings and all accommodations will be at the Crystal Gateway
Marriott Hotel, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Crystal City, VA.
Rooms are available there at a rate of $130 per night, and can be
reserved by calling (703) 920-3230 and identifying yourself as part
of the ICI group. Please make your reservations by August 31st to
insure availability.
We apologize for the change in plans noted above. If
anything, having the meeting in Crystal City will offer you easier
access to National Airport, which is only minutes away. If you
have any questions or concerns regarding anything to do with these
