RE: JUNE 15, 1994 MEETING AGENDA

Enclosed please find the agenda for the June 15, 1994 meeting
of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor
Advisory Group which will be held at the Hyatt Charlotte Hotel
located at 5501 Carnegie Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The meeting will begin with continental breakfast at 8:30 am, lunch
will be provided and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 3:30 pm.
The tour of First Union Brokerage Service on June 14, 1994
will begin at 3:00 pm. Interested committee members should meet at
One First Union Center which is located at 301 S. College Street in
Charlotte.
On the evening of June 14, committee members attending dinner
should meet in front of the hotel at 6:00 pm for a short bus ride
to the Bravo restaurant. The bus will return to the hotel at
approximately 9:30 pm.
We look forward to seeing you on June 14 and 15 in Charlotte.
