PLEASE NOTE the May 17 Board meeting has been rescheduled to
Monday, May 16 at 3:30 pm (location is the same: 12th floor
conference room at ICI).

Enclosed are the minutes from the January 25, 1994 meeting of
the ICI Education Foundation Board.
The agenda for our May 16 meeting (see Foundation Board Memo
No. 2-94, dated April 5, 1994) follows:
1. Approval of minutes of January 25 meeting
2. Progress Report and Evaluation of Pilot Program: teacher
feedback from training workshops, partnerships with local cospon-
sors, reaction at local member/media briefings
3. ICIEF presentation at SIFEE's annual Stock Market GameJ
Symposium on June 4; plan to invite requests for one or two
additional pilot cities from among attendees
4. Discussion of proposals from other economic education
organizations:
a) Letter from National Endowment for Financial Education
(see attached)
b) Letter from Securities Industry Foundation for Eco
nomic Education (see attached)
c) Meetings with NASD Foundation and National Institute
for Consumer Education
5. Discussion of anticipated resource requirements for FY95
