RE: MEETING - JUNE 8TH & 9TH IN NYC

Please find attached the minutes of the Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee Meeting which took place in Jacksonville, Florida on
March 2nd and 3rd, 1994. Also, please be advised that the next
meeting of the ICI Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place
in New York City commencing Wednesday, June 8th at 2:00 PM, running
through 6:00 PM that evening, reconvening the next morning,
Thursday, June 9th, at 7:30 AM, and then terminating that
afternoon at approximately 3:30 PM. A meeting of the ICI/NSCC
Enhancement Review Committee will take place prior to the full
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting. The Enhancements
Committee meeting will commence at 2:00 PM on June 7th, run through
6:00 PM that evening, reconvene the next morning, Wednesday, June
8th, at 9:00 AM, and then adjourn that afternoon at 1:00 PM.
Both meetings will take place in the Marriott Marquis Hotel,
located at 1535 Broadway (Broadway & 46th Street) in New York City.
Accommodations for the meetings will be available at the Marriott
Marquis at a rate of $155 per room, single or double. Reservations
must be made by Monday, May 16th. Rooms are being held under the
group name NSCC/ICI, and reservations can be made by calling
800/843-4898.
Proper business attire is required for both meetings. Agenda
for both the Enhancement Review Committee meeting and the Broker/
Dealer Advisory Committee meeting will be circulated well in
advance of our convening. As is tradition, a group dinner of the
full Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place the evening
of Wednesday, June 8th. A restaurant has yet to be chosen, but
we'll be in Manhattan, where suitable venues are the order of the
day.
