SUMMARY

The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee
will take place on June 15, 1994 in Charlotte, North Carolina. A
dinner will be planned for the evening of June 14, 1994. Specific
details on the meeting and the dinner will be provided soon.
Enclosed is the summary of the March 8, 1994 meeting of the
Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor Advisory Group
with several attachments, and the current committee list.
George Hrabovsky has recently taken on significant additional
responsibilities at Alliance. As a result, he is not able to
fulfill his committee obligations. While we are sorry that George
has to step down as chair of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee, we are very pleased to have Alan Halfenger, also of
Alliance, as his successor. Alan has 31 years of experience in
both banking and mutual funds, and his current responsibilities as
Senior Vice President of Alliance Fund Services include bank
distribution of the Alliance Funds.
