RE: MEETING - JUNE 8th & 9TH IN NYC

The next meeting of the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee will
take place in New York City commencing Wednesday, June 8th at 2:00
PM and terminating at approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 9th.
As is traditional, a group dinner will take place on the evening of
the first day. The NSCC, which is hosting the meeting, is
presently seeing to the details of lining up conference space, a
block of hotel rooms, and appropriate dining facilities. The
information regarding site, accommodations, etc. should be
forthcoming next week, and will be circulated to you attached to a
copy of the minutes of the previous meeting.
We are hoping that all parties can attend or send
representation, to which end, I would ask that you fax the bottom
portion of this form back to me at 202/ 326-5841 indicating who
from your company will be coming.
