RE: NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING ON TUESDAY, MAY 17, 1994

A meeting of the Foundation Board has been scheduled for 10-11
am, Tuesday, May 17, 1994, in the 12th Floor Conference Room at
ICI, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. (ICI's General Membership
Meeting opens that afternoon at the Washington Hilton Hotel.)
The purpose of this meeting is threefold:
(a) update the Board on the pilot-city secondary-school
program,
(b) discuss various methods of evaluating pilot-city
success, and
(c) discuss proposals from other economic education
organizations for expanding our program in fiscal year 1995.
You will receive additional background information prior to the
meeting.
