Attached is a draft agenda for the Investment Advisors Committee meeting
scheduled for April 12, 1994. The meeting will be held at the Ramada Renaissance
Techworld Hotel, 999 Ninth Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The meeting will
begin at
1:30 p.m., and will be preceded by a joint luncheon at 12:15 p.m. with the SEC
Rules Committee.
