RE: May 4, 1994 Board of Governors Meeting

The next meeting of the Board of Governors will be on May 4, 1994 at 9:30 am
in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute. Immediately following
the Board of Governors meeting there will be a legislative briefing and
luncheon commencing at noon on Capitol Hill which is expected to conclude at
4:30 pm.
Attached please find the most recent agenda for the Legislative Briefing.
Please fax or mail the attached response form to the attention of Pat Koster
(Fax: 202/326-5806) indicating whether or not you will be attending the
meeting and the briefing.
For your convenience a limited number of rooms are being held at the Grand
Hyatt Washington at a rate of $189.00 single/double. Please make your
reservations directly with the hotel at 202/582-1234 mentioning that you are
attending ICI meetings.
