A meeting of the Investment Advisers Committee has been scheduled for
Tuesday, April 12, 1994 at the Ramada Renaissance Techworld, 999 9th Street, NW,
Washington, DC. The meeting will be held at 1:30, following a joint luncheon
with the SEC Rules Committee at noon.

reservations, be sure to mention that you will be attending the Investment
Company Institute's meeting.
