RE: STAPLETON AIRPORT IN DENVER REMAINS OPEN

Travel to and from the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting in
Denver on March 7-8, 1994 will no longer be affected by the Denver airport
transition.
The closing of Denver's Stapleton Airport has been postponed until May 15,
1994 due to delays in completion of the new Denver International Airport. As a
result, Stapleton Airport will be operating as usual on March 8 and 9, the previously
scheduled transition dates.
We look forward to seeing you in Denver.
