Also enclosed is a draft copy of the Mortgage Dollar Rolls Accounting, Tax and Operational Issues white paper prepared by the Accounting Policy Subcommittee. The paper has been revised substantially since the previous draft which was circulated in November. Please review the draft paper and be prepared to provide us with any comments you may have at the upcoming meeting.
