Attached is a draft agenda for the Investment Advisors Committee meeting
scheduled for February 1, 1994. The meeting will be held at the Renaissance
Techworld Hotel, 999 Ninth Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The meeting will
take place in the Renaissance West A Room at 1:30 p.m., and will be proceeded by
a joint luncheon at 12:15 p.m. with the SEC Rules Committee in Meeting Rooms 10
& 11.
