MEETING - MARCH 2-3, 1994

You will find attached to this memo a copy of the minutes of the Broker Dealer
Advisory Committee meeting held October 25, 1993 in San Antonio, Texas. In
addition, please be advised that there will be a two day meeting of the Broker/Dealer
Advisory Committee on March 2nd and 3rd, 1994 at the offfices of Merrill Lynch
Financial Data Services, Inc., located at 4800 Deer Lake Drive East, Jacksonville,
FL, 32246.
The meeting on March 2nd is scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM and will continue
to approximately 6:00 PM. A dinner for Committee members will follow, details of
which will be forthcoming. The session on March 3rd will begin at 8:00 AM and is
expected to end by 4:00 PM.
While details on accommodations are still being nailed down, it is likely that,
just as last year, a block of rooms will be made available at the Marriott at Sawgrass
Resort, 1000 TPC Boulevard, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082.
As further details regarding agenda, accommodations and recreation become
