The next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee has been
scheduled for January 20, 1994. The meeting will be held in Washington, D.C.
Further details regarding the location of the meeting and the meeting agenda will be
sent at a later date. There will not be a meeting of the Committee on December 2,
1993 as was announced at the September 29th meeting.
