SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED DURING THE 1993 ICI SECURITIES LAW PROCEDURES CONFERENCE

November 10, 1993 TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE NO. 103-93 RE: SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED DURING THE 1993 ICI SECURITIES LAW PROCEDURES CONFERENCE __________________________________________________________ As in the past, members of the staff of the Division of Investment Management at the SEC have agreed to participate in an open meeting with the members of the Institute’s SEC Rules Committee during the 1993 ICI Securities Law Procedures Conference. This meeting is scheduled for 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 1993. It will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel where the conference is being held. The name of the room for the meeting will be posted at our registration area. There is no formal agenda for the meeting; it will be an open forum for discussion on an informal basis with several members of the Division staff. The meeting is restricted to members of the Institute’s SEC Rules Committee or their designated alternates who are attending the conference.
