Attached is a draft agenda for the Closed-End Fund Committee meeting
scheduled for October 27, 1993. The meeting will be held at the University Club,
1135 16th Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The meeting will take place in
Ballrooms A and B at 1:30 p.m., following a joint luncheon with the Unit
Investment Trust Committee.
