Attached is a draft agenda for the SEC Rules Committee meeting scheduled
for October 19, 1993. The meeting will be held at the University Club, 1135 16th
Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The meeting will take place in Ballrooms A,
B and C at 10:00 a.m., and will be followed by a joint luncheon with the
Investment Advisers Committee.
