SEC CHAIRMAN ARTHUR LEVITT TO ATTEND BOARD DINNER; SENATOR KENT CONRAD (D-ND) AND CHARLES COOK TO SPEAK AT LEGISLATIVE BREAKFAST

September 20, 1993 TO: BOARD OF GOVERNORS NO. 82-93 RE: SEC CHAIRMAN ARTHUR LEVITT TO ATTEND BOARD DINNER; SENATOR KENT CONRAD (D-ND) AND CHARLES COOK TO SPEAK AT LEGISLATIVE BREAKFAST __________________________________________________________ We are pleased to announce that SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt will attend the Board of Governors dinner at the National Museum of Women in the Arts at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 5 (see memo to Board of Governors No. 69-93, dated August 4, 1993). Additionally, Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND), member of the Senate Finance Committee, and Charles Cook, Jr., editor of The Cook Political Report will be the speakers at the Board Legislative breakfast at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 6 in the South American Room of the Capital Hilton. This breakfast will immediately precede the Board of Governors meeting which will commence at 10:00 a.m. in the Federal Room at the Capital Hilton. All members attending the Board of Governors meeting are invited to attend the Legislative breakfast. PLEASE NOTE: There is a possibility that a special White House Briefing will take place immediately following the Board of Governors meeting. This meeting is not confirmed, but we wanted to alert you for scheduling purposes. Further information will be sent when available.
