Attached is a copy of a memorandum regarding the standardization of
nomenclature for classes of shares. The memorandum was originally issued on July
30, 1993. At that time we had asked that you review the proposed guidelines for
any major problems or objections and submit comments by September 10, 1993.
Since many of you may have been on vacation during this time period, we would
like to extend the deadline for written comments. Please review the attached
memo and provide any comments in writing to the undersigned by September 27,
1993.
