A meeting of the Closed-End Fund Committee has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 27, 1993. Please note that the meeting will be held at the
University Club, 1135 16th Street, N.W., Washington D.C. 20036. The meeting will
be held in rooms A and B.
A joint luncheon with the Unit Investment Trust Committee will precede the
meeting at 12:00 p.m. in meeting rooms C and D.
