We previously informed you that on Saturday, September 25, 1993 the NASAA
Financial Planners/Investment Advisers Committee would be holding an open meeting
from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (See, Memorandum to Investment Advisers Committee No.
25-93, to State Liaison Committee No. 33-93 and to Unit Investment Trust
Committee No. 34-93 dated August 20, 1993). This information had come from the
Chair of the Committee. Today the Chair of the Committee informed us that he
will not be present at the committee meeting (due to observance of Yom Kippur)
and that the Vice-Chair has determined the meeting, will be closed.
