A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, October 19, 1993 at the University Club, 1135 16th Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in Ballrooms A, B and C.
A joint luncheon with the Investment Advisers Committee will be held
immediately following the meeting in Ballrooms D, E and Governor.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Madison Hotel, 15th & M Streets,
N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005. The telephone number is 202/862-1600. Please make
your own hotel reservations by September 28, 1993. When you phone for
reservations, please be sure to mention that you are attending the Investment
Company Institute's meeting.
