RE: NOTICE OF OCTOBER 13, 1993 MEETING & SUMMARY OF MAY 6, 1993
MEETING

The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the
Vendor Advisory Group will take place on October 13, 1993 in Washington, D.C.
Scheduling conflicts made it impossible to hold the meeting in San Antonio, Texas
in conjunction with the Investment Company Institute Operations Conference as
discussed at the May 6 meeting.
A dinner will be planned for October 12, 1993, the evening prior to the
Committee meeting, so that participants will have an opportunity to socialize in
an informal setting. Specific details on the meeting and the dinner will be
provided in late July, at which time we will be asking for your suggestions with
respect to agenda items for the October 13 meeting.
