RE: MEETING AGENDA - JUNE 22, 1993

The agenda for the meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers
Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group is
attached. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 1993 at
the Colonnade Boston Hotel located at 120 Huntington Avenue,
Boston, Massachusetts 02116. The meeting is scheduled to begin
at 10:00 a.m. and will end with lunch at noon.
In the notice of meeting sent March 31, we indicated that
sleeping rooms had been reserved at the Colonnade for the night
of Monday, June 21 at the rate of $115. The room rate should
have been $125. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused.
