RE: SCHEDULING CHANGE FOR JULY 13, 1993 MEETING

This is to advise you that there has been a schedule change
for the July 13, 1993 meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee. The original meeting notice sent to committee members
(Memo No. 14-93 dated April 27) listed the meeting time for the
July 13 meeting as 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The newly scheduled
time for this meeting will be from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The
meeting will still take place in the Board Room on the 26th Floor
at the offices of The Keystone Group, 200 Berkeley Street,
Boston, Massachusetts 02116.
In addition, those of you arriving in Boston early are
invited to join members of the Same Day Pricing Task Force at a
buffet luncheon which will follow the morning meeting of that
group at noon on July 13. If you have already responded to the
first meeting notice, please call Rita Pemberton (202/955-3551)
and indicate your plans for the lunch. If you have not yet
responded, please write in your plans for lunch on the Meeting
Response Form (copy attached).
